1 avocado
1 small tub of Bulla light sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
a sprinkle of dried mixed herb
a dash of pepper
cili padi (adjust according to preference)
blend avocado with sour cream and cili padi, add the seasonings, mix them all together.. and voila! a nice dip for raw veges like carrots and cucumbers (or in my case, i use it as dip for cucur ikan bilis... hahahaha!)

1 small sized onion, diced
1 clove of garlic, minced
2 medium sized tomatoes
1 ripe mango
1 avocado
1 sprig (?) of cilantro, finely chopped
1 lime, squeezed
cajun spice, salt, sugar and pepper
cube tomatoes, mango and avocado then mix with onion, garlic and cilantro. season with some salt and pepper, add a bit of sugar, lime juice and cajun spice (or alternatively u can use cayenne pepper or chilli flakes also can do - i used cajun spice because thats what i had in the kitchen) mix well. the salad tasted better when i let it sit in the fridge for some time, so, feel free to experiment! sori la ye.. x amik pix sbb sibuk makan.. ;)
