i always dread going to work after days of cuti. well who doesnt? right after my very short balik kampung stint i had to go for a three day course, just to find papers on my desk piling up come friday. gila banyakkkkkkkk....

sedih. masa ni la rasa nak jadi surirumah (LAGI!)

baru baca lightning thief (kali ke berapa tah). i never said anything about it here right? well i read the book first, n watch the movie a few days after that.

the book, is very good i might say. while it is targeted towards teenagers, i find some new words i never thought of looking up into the dictionary. new word for today:

kleptomaniac: a person who is not able to control the urge to collect / steal things.

i love new words.

u know, all my life i never feel compelled to love what i'm doing right now. come secondary school, all i thought of doing when i grow up was picking up TESL and teach english, although i know i certainly wasnt the best in my class. it came easily enough for me, n i never forgot about it. but i know, i'll make a lousy, and a very garang teacher. so i might as well just drop it and carry on.

anybody want to open a franchise pharmacy n hire me?

haha.kidding.

the movie, everybody was saying it sucks. but i think its not THAT bad. well it is diverted from a lot of things in the book, which is much more interesting. but if u enjoy it as it is, its quite ok. but there's a finality to it, like there's not gonna be a sequel. somehow.

havent bought the rest of percy jackson series, since the last book takde in mphonline the last time i check. ingat nak beli sekaligus je, u can better discounts if u buy from the website.

later, nak siap makan char kuey tiaw. i know i know, dah pukul berapa nih? baru 8.15pm ok. but i'm not quite used to eating later than 8 most of the days. now, dont ask me why i practise all that but none of the flabs recede. just to keep it from bulging i have to do that! darn the stick thin girls who eat all they want.

finally, an update.

hmm where do i start..

1. went back to my hometown for 4 days and overdosed on durian everyday. which meant, extra, EXTRA hot days since sg petani is a lot hotter than kota damansara. n doesnt rain too.

2. totally ditched my makeups (and skincare on some days, come to think of it) and went au naturel. n hey, i didnt have any breakout for that 4 days (which is uncommon due to my has-a-brain-of-its-own hormone nowadays) so hurray for that!

3. watched a few movies: princess n the frog, tooth fairy and imaginarium of dr parnassus. movie 1 is ok if u like musicals, and happy endings. which i totally dig. :D movie 2 is so-so. not bad but its already a few children movies that dwayne johnson starred in. so.. its starting to get a little boring. movie 3: a very far-fetched imagination. sgt sgt pelik. but that way it glues u to ur seats, or carpets, wherever u might be sitting.

4. oh, still cuti today so i can get my housechores sorted. sorta. i'm taking a break from ironing while on house season 5 rerun, n hariz is out at the barber's. too bad i dont have any experience cutting the boys' hair (they just took turns trimming their hair with the trimming machine-four boys and an ex-army for a father-n that is before they discovered some barbers can make their hair look like christiano ronaldo's). kalau tak, i'll definitely experiment on his hair too.

5. n oh yeah, my mom beat me to cutting fatin's hair. garn! that's twice already!

my take on war movies

this was supposed to be last week's entry, as this week i had nothing but boring, same old routine, albeit being more kelamkabut than ever in the office.

totally ditched alice and solomon kane, gone to watch greenzone instead. this movie is in the same league with the hurt locker, academy awards winner for best picture and a few other categories. now, hurt locker, i honestly dunno why it got the best picture. hahaha. its actually a story of a day-to-day routine of a bomb defusing squad in Iraq, like everyday a different story, so there's not juz one story in it. no climax either. n its very, VERY disturbing. there's one scene about a boy's body being made into a body bomb, meaning a corpse being stuffed with bombS and self detonate upon activation. i couldnt forget it. EVER.

but if u like the suspense and the anticipation of whether they live or die in each of their missions, this is for you.

i, on the other hand had to watch it since it was at my BIL's house and the boys were watching it.

duh.

greenzone wasnt what i expected. coming from jason bourne's director, we came to expect something along the same line. the message is clear:

a lie told can be very devastating.

in this case it tore up a whole nation- Iraq, and its only due to one simple lie.

i was wondering if ever this movie tak kena gonyoh dgn american govt, sbb dia terang2 tunjuk depa sendiri penipu besaq. but well, they showed the president was bush, not obama so i guess it didnt hurt him.

it is engaging while it lasted, but enough la war movies for me. i dont want to watch any more this year. its too disturbing, what's with the shreds of human flesh flying everywhere every minute.

this movie finally cemented my opinion about war-type movies - they're not MY type.

a movie date!

was on a wayang date last night. colleagues kat office terkejut tengok me in baju kurung, then in blouse n jeans the next minute. i guess i got some people a bit jealous that hubby n i are able to do that whenever we want to. but of course when there are just the two of you, nothing's a boundary ey?

had a full line of meals, first stop ayam penyet (which left my behind in a hissy fit the next morning), tutti frutti for desert, then join hariz's colleague for carl's jr. oh, i just had their milkshake, nothing much (!!!).

that was BEFORE wayang.

watched legion, thank god i brought along a quite sheer pashmina. hariz's palm would cover my face entirely, so i wouldn't be able watch the movie at all. see, i admit, aku ni penakut, maka selalu sembunyi belakang tangan dia. but then legion was kind of interesting, hiding behind pashmina was good enough.

it about God being mad with human, and releasing a troop of angels to exterminate them. only thing is, the one instructed to kill the baby that would save mankind, Michael, defy the instruction given to him, and he's helping the humans instead.

a fair part of the movie was interesting, n a little gory (Michael sewed his own back after he cut off his wings, goodness sake!) n other scenes as well, granny who eats raw steak and climb the ceiling of a diner etc. but almost at the end, at the back of my mind i was thinking,

'hey, this is like another version of TERMINATOR (cue background music: dudum dum dudum!)'

well, except that the terminator is in the form of Gabriel.

baru tgk up semalam. the first 20 minutes already left me in tears. god i'm such a sucker when it comes to lovey-dovey old childless couple. deep in my heart, if we ever have to face a childless future (ya Allah mintak la simpang), i hope that we ended up like that, romantic and loving, till death do us part.

there's one episode in house pun macam tu. sama la, last2 the wife died. aku tengok sekejap dah meleleh airmata. bongoks la siti yuhanis.

see see?? sekarang pun bergenang. bodoh. nak buat review pun nangis.

was (and is) a busy bee. january is always a busy month for me. n time2 mcm ni, paling tak suka kalau ada ad hoc instruction from somebody, dari department lain pulak tu, pastu dan-dan mintak,

enough entry stress. i've yet to tell you guys how i felt about 3 movies i juz watched.

ingluorious basterds, bleurrrgghh. that quite sums it all. haha.

i mean, geli ok, scalping people's heads. i get the conspiracy theory and all, but still bashing people's head with baseball bat, and scalping the heads? **shudders**

night at the museum 2 was a good watch. very entertaining. i wonder the Kahmunrah's character tu mmg saja2 buat ada lisp ke memang actor dia lidah pendek? i dont think he has any (from what i watch btw, run fat boy run was a good one too!). i agree to a lot of other reviews, this sequel is actually better than the first.

tadi baru tengok push. cerita ada dalam rumah dah a few months baru nak tengok. surprisingly good, i should say. dakota fanning will grow to be a gazilliondollar-churning actress. i mean, she already has, and she's just, what, 15? this movie is in the same genre as wanted, and jumper, about people who has special powers kind of thing, n i must say, push topped the list.

on a serious note,

me being busy ada kena mengena jugak dengan health scenario in malaysia. pesanan penaja, please keep your hand sanitizers and tissues with you all the time if you're coughing or having flu, and jangan pegang apa2 merata2 in public places. jangan dok pegang2 sangat escalator belt tu, ntah sapa pegang sebelum tu ko tak tau. keep your bare hands to yourself ok!

if your feel feverish (especially if 39degrees and above), flu-like symptoms, having body aches, sore throats, and headaches, please see the doctor immediately.

word of the wise, if your going to the hospital/clinic, please keep the entourage to a minimum to avoid getting infection. this little act can save your lives, your families', and help curb the contagious disease.

PARENTAL GUIDE FOR DORIAN GRAY.

now that i've watched it, i know dorian gray will never make it to malaysia's cinema.

why?

because there'll be soooooooooo many scenes that will be cut until there's no more movie.

its a dark piece, this movie. reminds me of sweeney todd, but none of the musical stuff. it potrays young dorian gray who arrived in london, very naive, n ended abusing his physical self, well, because nothing will happen since its gonna be transferred to the painting. n the painting was as ugly as what u can imagine, with maggots crawling out of the face. eurgghh. add up a few killing scenes, n that quite sums it up nicely. but the thing is, scenes about him abusing himself also included having sex with different partners, in orgies, women in brothels, a girl who just came of age, then her mother(??!!), ANNNNDDD..

the man who painted him.

gross. i know. now came me being prejudice. all sorts of questions came into mind. why do they have to put this scene in? is this scene (man with man thing) originally written in the book by oscar wilde, who, by the way, was gay?

conclusion: must read the book. to get the truth i mean, not for the saucy parts laaaahhh. but i don't know how on earth can i get my hands on it, since the original was published in 1890, as the only book published by oscar wilde (others were all short stories).

edited: there's (should be!!!) penguin classics version of this!! how can i forget about it! but of course, i'd expect there's nothing raunchy ;)

oh yeah, we attempted to watch the traveller's wife over the last weekend, but to no avail. i dunno, but its really not my cup of tea. we could concentrate, like, for the first 45 minutes i guess? after that hariz slipped into dreamland, n me, happy to find the pc was left alone (yeay!!!)
started twiddledee-twiddledum in front of it.

n the tv was left to watch hariz sleeping :)

maybe when i'm in a soppier mood, i'll try n drag hariz along to watch it. try again next time, anis!

had partial movie marathon last night. baru nak tengok aliens in the attic dengan cloudy with chances of meatballs. both warranted a few more rounds of rewatching. very entertaining!

up next: inglourious basterds, dorian gray, and night at the museum 2!

avatar versus sherlock holmes

well i know they dont even fall into the same genre, but wth i'll juz say what i thought about both movies.

i watched avatar with no perception whatsoever, except mainly curious to find out why people said its the best movie ever in 2009. after the movie, i still dont get why people are getting fanatical about it.

from my point of view, the movie actually showed the cruelty of man towards other species, and annoyingly it actually resembles cerita penjajah jugak la, which i am not a fan. how can it not, when men pegi pandora nak ambik batu yg berjuta2, dia sanggup banish the aboriginals from their nativeland? this movie sebijik mcm cerita banduan inggeris yang asal2 sekali that was sent to american land and banish the native americans from their own settlements, their own soil. its a very disturbing topic for me.

nasib baik la the natives eventually triumph in the movie (unlike native americans), kalau tak, lagi tak puas hati.

special effects i admit, mmg cantik, n i appreciate that. the forest was very surreal, like a beautiful dream. it was so vivid its almost possible to have existed, the fluorescence and the way the trees swayed and the ferns light up. reminds me of deep sea creatures and corals. i suspected thats where james cameron got his inspiration anyway.

comel kan?

now. sherlock holmes, is soo my interest. i mean, i watch and read investigative sort of stories a lot. like A LOT a lot. i love all the gore and the messiness of crime/mystery solving. and having my iron-man as sherlock helps push things along nicely. what surprised me is how suave jude law looked in this movie, tempang and all. maybe the moustache did it hahaha

solving paranormal crimes with scientific evidences is so very like the sherlock holmes stories i read back then, n i'm glad the movie production house sticks to that plot. but although the movie potrays holmes as a very shaggy, unkempt fella, unlike holmes stories, i rather like it since it fits the movie well. satu je scene macam tak berapa real, when the slaughterhouse tgh meletup-letup bagai nak gila and watson adalah ter paling close to the starting point of explosion, i'm surprised he's still intact. i mean, oi, lose an ear la already. ni luka-luka je?? come onnn..

this movie showed the age on robert downey jr. i mean i was like, wow, berapa banyak airbrush they did in ironman? but the bowler hat looked good on him :D

come to think of it, my scepticism towards avatar probably stemmed from me not getting the space fantasy hype. i mean, i'm not a star wars fan, n i didnt get why people kata pandorum best (sebab aku tengok mengantuk2). i do like fantasy type stories, but only if they remain on earth. kalau underwater ke laut macam mana pun aku buleh terima, hell i love harry potter for god's sake. bila dah ke awan, ke planet lain, tu agak melampau. bagi aku lah :)

i suspected both movies will have their sequels (avatar tu aku agak2 macam jurassic park ah), n i'll patiently wait for their releases.for now i'll juz be content on wanting to watch ironman 2 and alice in wonderland.

i wonder, dorian gray masuk malaysia tak? i'm curious how they put it into movie, not to mention the dorian gray ialah prince caspian (and as young dunstan in stardust) actor tuh, ben barnes. yummo!

watched storm warriors last night. initially i was like, kalo tak new moon maybe ninja assasin (yeap, mmg baru nak tgk bcoz u know i really contemplated whether to watch or not) but then tgk2 both movies screening juz tinggal twice a day n we missed the last one. gila ramai org nak tgk avatar, n a tamil movie tah nama pa tak ingat. 2-2 movie asyik sold out! i was like hmmm... mentang2 la james cameron kan, dunno what the hype is all about though. i mean, if its from the avatar cartoon i can understand. really, i'm not into space fantasy kind of thing. hubbsy's interested to watch though. nnti la, alang2 kena teman hariz tgk, mesti mau tgk 3D kan :)

storm warriors was quite ok actually. maybe a bit slow, since scene dia juz, hmm let me count.... like, 10 scenes saja. but aaron kwok is as gorgeous as ever, i mean, he's the only hongkong movie star that i liked (sbb dia sorg je tanned, if u get my drift). but is it juz me, or mmg simon yam tu selalu berlakon jadi evil warlord?

what i really really cant wait to watch, is sherlock holmes!!!! cepat la sampai... nak tengok!!

2. hubster balik keja sabtu malam dan buat muka terkejut bahawa bini kesayangan dia telah mengemas rumah persis org nak datang melawat. selalu mesti nak tunggu dia buat sama2, katanya. ok fine lain kali i'll wait :D

3. terlupa ada invitation openhouse on sunday. instead, p berdating dengan jayanya berdua. tengok surrogates. ok la, mcm sci-fi lain. tp ending dia membuatkan aku pk, 'huh, dah abis?'
balik umah mengadap pulak taking of pelham 123 sambil makan aunty anne's pretzels and vienna bagels (gila banyak makan!). pun dapat reaksi sama dari aku.

4. sangat kecewa sandal yg disukai hanya tinggal yg display, dan ada sedikit flaw yg menyebabkan hariz was against me taking it. sudahnya, malam2 mimpi2. sedih.

i hate sad endings.

that is precisely why i never finished watching maverick, n tonight, for the first time, baru nak tgk gladiator. but as i watched commodus smothering his father the caesar in his embrace, i think i know, i'll never finish watching it, as with maverick.

nothing, i mean nothing, can make me watch movies with sad endings till the end. especially if the storyline is all sad and soppy. call me a dreamer if u will, but i believe in happy endings.

the same thing goes with public enemy. masa tengok gazette dia teringin sangat nak tgk johnny depp pakai trench coat. but the minute i know he dies in the movie, CANCEL.

sentap la cmni. baik tengok kabhi kushi kabhi gham.

harry potter the review

ok. so i went to watch it with my family. among four of us here's what everybody said:

marwan: boring ah, org siap tidoq2

shuhada: i told you all my friends said tak best but i juz want to see it.

hariz: tu lah, ingat ke ada byk lawan2, last2 mati cmtu je??!!

as for me, here's what i think:

no doubt when the reviewers said its a filler, it is a filler. but then again if ur a harry potter fan u'd know that the story is like that albeit all the embellishment in the movie. i do know that, n juz went with the flow. its juz that its disappointing to see the climax turned out to be soo anticlimactic. i imagined a lot of emphasis would be on the fighting scene in hogwarts, as with the book. ni habok pun tarak. si dumbledore tu mati kering je last2.

n another thing that made me pissed was all the story about horcruxes. abis tunggang terbalik. dumbledore is a wise man, he's SUPPOSED to know. ni like, baru la sibuk nak tau. kesian la. nampak cam x bijak. not the dumbledore i came to know from the book.

the saver, i say, would be ron. kalo tak... hmm.. habis la..

ni lah padahnya kalo lepas keja asek p berdating x balik2 rumah sampai tengah malam. we did three things in a go yesterday:

1. went to visit ayah cu (hariz's great-uncle) in PPUM. i think PPUM did a great job feeding him, his face looked fuller than when we last saw him at his daughter (hariz's auntie, but about our age)'s wedding. since hariz puasa, we made our move juz before azan, siap dapat bekal. klakar, org sakit yg bagi bekal kat org melawat :)

2. we headed straight to midvalley for a movie date. org len sibuk nak tgk harry potter, dok ligan dia punya premier night, we juz went sashaying in dgn sorg pakai long sleeve shirt and pants, sorg lagi baju kurung batik and bought ice age 3 3D tics. nampak sgt baru balik keja.

my verdict for the movie, 4 thumbs up!! adding in new characters didnt crowd the movie, but rather enhanced it. awek scrat sangat sexy dengan ekor nampak fluffy gila bila di-3Dkan, buck yg gila pgg batu seketul kat telinga konon2 ckp kat tpon. peaches, anak manny dgn eli comel gilaaaa!!

3. while waiting for the movie, hariz iftar kat carl's jr. fries dia the best everrr!! dgn perut yg masih tamak we headed down to krispy kreme for our original glaze fix. betul la org kata, kat sini agak biasa ori glaze tu. i remembered the first time i tried it years before in jakarta, sinking my teeth into the donut, mmmmhhhhh..... orgasmic gilaaa!! n no, the one i tasted yesterday, nope, definitely not the same. dunno why though.

our verdict: 2 thumbs down. sedih. nampak gaya mmg kena p outside malaysia to have those glazed donuts

hugh jackman is seriously one hot married fella especially when u can catch glimpses of him lari merentas desa NAKED!! hahaha but seriously susah gila nak dapat seats bagus in the first week kan. sapa suruh cari pasal. we ended up lama gila kat kaunter tiket since there were not juz two of us so twin-seating is out of question. check punya check punya check, we ended up buying tickets for the next day's show. dapat la seat belakang skt kalo tak seats available was like three rows from the screen.

hmm.. now that i think of it, we might be better off with seats kat depan so i can drool over mr wolverine naked self closer up


ok ok i know. pervert!!! but with hugh jackman all is forgiven ;D

the movie is like an enlightening story of how wolverine becomes wolverine. well forgive me but i do love history. hahaha.. but for comic lovers like hubbs, he was like a bit tak suka la how a character differs from the comic.

the only down side for me though, logan's brother, victor (who later becomes sabertooth) were supposed to be very menacing n inhumane but his face is so similar to will farrell (a comedian, if u must know) n i juz couldnt take it.

the character dah memang sangat interesting, the fact that its hugh jackman makes it even more interesting! he's one of the yummiest married man on earth! *drool drool*


tapi kejap, dia due 29th april ke 1st may? whatever it is i have to come back to malaysia first then only can watch ehehe

coming right after on may 8th is star trek. now i'm not exactly a fan of star trek series, that i admit, tapi when i saw the gazette macam menarik sangat, plus hariz looks excited about it so i'm positive we're gonna go and watch it


n by the way, that, on the poster, is eric bana. ok. i'll definitely watch this.

then the next week, coming up next is angels and demons on may 15th. well i've read the novel a few times already, n every time i'm amazed with its ambigram calligraphy yang sangat lawa. i wonder how they'll make the five brands in the movie.

the final week of may will witness the final chapter for terminator, terminator salvation. when i got to know john connor will be played by christian bale i know hubbs n i will find the time to watch this movie.

weekend's up n recap on a few things:

saturday

didnt go anywhere but i have my sis around so xde la sangap. cooked lunch together. i made everybody substitute rice with wholemeal bread. hahaha. dont blame me i juz asked n they agreed. makan dengan my most pekat sedap lazat ever kari tulang n some veges.

had the wimax guy come over to check whether our house can get reception. u see, although my place is in kota damansara, n iklan wimax tu besar2 tulis WIMAX IS NOW IN KOTA DAMANSARA, apparently it doesnt cover everywhere in kota damansara. it juz cover up to jalan 11/11. my place is 11/14. duh. everytime tanya kat booth dia kata x cover lagi. luckily some agent left the pamphlets at the clubhouse n hariz tanya dia our block boleh dapat signal x. dia kata lets check, rasanya boleh green lah signal nya. guy came to check, GREEN!!! yeay! finally ada internet kat umah.

sunday

had some peeps over to our house. we invited our clasmates masa uitm pj dulu. had to do it in batches since umah agak2 boleh runtuh kalo ajak lebih 15 orang. girls sabar ye, nnti when me n hariz have a free weekend we'll hold another makan2 ok..

aku masak semuanya sorg2, so far xde org mangadu cer ber ke hape so line clear ok jangan risau. adik aku x kuar bilik langsung dari aku start masak, org first sampai, until org last balik.

dah lama aku x masak untuk ramai org, best jugak. kat sp je masak banyak2, satu umah spuloh org lah katakan. i think its one of the very few housechores that i like to do. nama pun pemalas..

lama gila x keluar dating!!!! maka sempat la p bercinta shopping moping bagai harta2 baru, n tgk midnight the fast and the furious 4. its good i tell u. tgk la kat wayang since sound system sgt masyuk.

it features the orginal cast of the fast and the furious, n dia ada hala tuju, not like fastnfurious 2, so best lah. walaupun paul walker masih rupa keanak-anakan tapi sudah ada kedut2 org tua. yg tu nampak la. yg len semua best. sampai over2 siap, muka kena tumbuk pun bunyi kebabom hebat gila sampai mcm x percaya tu juz muka kena tumbuk bukan keta meletup hahaha. tapi tu sbb gsc one utama cinema besar mmg sound system best gila kut maka semua dgr best hehehe

slumdog millionnaire (updated)

oh bukan the movie. but the BOOK.

to be honest with u i havent watched the movie. janji dgn hariz after dinner semalam nak tengok sama-sama, but after kemas dapur, basuh baju (ceh mcm penat pakai mesin auto) unpack barang dari kedah, n pack pulak barang nak p subang, left me tergolek atas katil before long.


but the BOOK. lambat skit nak review. i've read it last week. ok lah, sedap la jugak. aku mampu abiskan dalam 3 hours cmtu. buku ni pasal a boy named Ram Mohammad Thomas, left in a church when he was a baby. He was raised in the church by a Father, and having the Hindu and Muslim society query-ing about he raising a Hindu / Muslim boy (who knows anyway?) as a Christian, he ended up giving the boy a name of the three religions. every chapter depicts how he managed to answer a certain valued question in W3B.

the book tells his adventure in the slums,
-befriending Salim at the church, whose parents were killed in a mob, n share his passion towards Armaan Ali, a Bollywood actor,
-as a housekeeper to then Bollywood star Neelima Kumari,n how she ended up killing herself,
-'adopted' by Maman, who turned out a gangster who train children to beg for money, n running away from him,
- housekeeping for a contract killer named Ahmad Khan, n ended up substituting a picture of a film director who's grooming Salim to be an actor to that of Maman's for Ahmad to kill.

finally he went to Agra and bacame a tourist guide for Taj Mahal, befriended Shankar, an autistic child to his landlady, and fell in love with Nita, a prostitute.

at the second last chapter of the book i was told of the very reason why Ram/Mohammad/Thomas entered the game show in the first place - he only want to have revenge. the host, Prem Kumar, was Neelima Kumari's lover and had physically abused her and tortured her with cigarette butts and she ended with lots of cigarette burns all over her including her breasts. and then Nita, the prostitute, was hospitalised after meeting a client. when he saw that same burn marks on Nita's breasts, he knew it was the same person who did that to his Nita.

i cant compare with the movie, sbb as i said, i havent watched. nanti dah tgk aku bagitau. but from what i Wiki-ed, the book is somewhat different from the movie. bukan somewhat lagi dah, sangat jugak lah. nak tengok!

hariz dah pack dvd skali dlm barang, malam ni buleh tgk movie di subang! yeay!

movie dia, ok, wow. sgt different lah. btl lah peon, simplified oredi. ada satu je soalan yg sama dgn buku, n the flashback matched. yg lain, semua lain ok. xde amitabh bachchan, xde soalan cricket, three musketeers lagi la xde.

i can appreciate both versions. mcm nasik lemak dan nasik goreng. dua2 nasik. tapi dua2 sodap jo :D

ghost town

watched ghost town for i dunno how many times already. although dia xde actors yg A-lister, but i found it very nice, n its the first 'ghost' movie that is really, really not ghostly at all.

its about a dentist named bertram pincus who gained sight of the dead ppl after died for 7 minutes during colonoscopy. ghosts of new york began to pester him, asking him to finish their unfinished business. but being a jerk that he is, he ignored them. until he met frank, a ghost who asked him to help break up engagement between his widow and a lawyer.

pincus managed to worm his way to gwen (the widow)'s heart, n started falling for her, but he sees that the lawyer, richard, seems like a good man, so he vowed not to mess with their relationship. but then, gwen broke up jugak dgn richard.

dah break up, frank wonders why dia still on earth, since he thought richard was his unfinished business. then gwen found out that pincus knew some things about frank that is very personal, n then she didnt believe the whole ghost story that pincus told her.

finally, pincus realised that frank was still earthbound bcoz gwen cant let him go(since she found out that frank was having an affair b4 he's dead), n went to tell her. but she still didnt believe pincus. in that scene, pincus was ran over by a bus (like how frank died). frank told pincus the only dream that he had, that he only told gwen, as a proof if he was revived.

and pincus was saved. when he told gwen the dream, gwen finally believed him, n that frank had finally found his way home.

i love happy endings. hehehe..

what i like even better, great movie soundtrack. like this one, the heart of life by john mayer. enjoy!

elok je berat aku turun, time raya2 cina nih masak nasik hari2, breakfast keropok lekor hari2. eh anis, jgn jadi penipu, hari isnin breakfast cereal. but still. bagus kan perangai.
mana la cik siti x montel mcm cik ti ekoq panjang tuh.... tp ada jugak cik ti yg kurus, kan kan kan..

dah la mkn nasik siang malam, mengular plk tuh. dok tgk cerita kat umah. aku dan hariz rasa cerita benjamin button tu bosan. tp x tau la. maybe jgk sbb masa tu aku sibuk telek katalog ikea(utk sekian kalinya), dan hariz lalok mkn actifed, maka kami x concentrate, dan maka lagi, xbest cerita tu jadinya. does it warrant a second chance?

tgk la. kalo sempat.

setelah di postpone sgggtttt la lama, baru tgk mamma mia. kesimpulan yg aku blh buat, laki hensem sllunya suara x sedap. contoh, pierce brosnan. enough said.

tgk max payne. pun bosan. no wonder aku baca review the movie's a pain. but anyway, first few minutes tu aku dah rasa bosan, sempat la sambil2 tu bloghopping, maka x concentrate jugak.

nak tgk underworld x dapat. masa opening night dia kat pyramid tu we had to park at the roof, which never happened b4. sllunya plg tinggi kena naik pun CP6 yg xsampai spuloh pun org park. ni CP7 pun kena round dua kali. gila. tunggu lepas pindah ah tgk.

pengajaran. nak p pyramid sila park kat basement. lagi senang nk carik parking.

sure korg bosan, aku ckp nak pindah berkurun2 dah, tp x pindah lagi kan? aku pun malas nak ckp pasal tu. dont ask. its complicated. tp tetap akan pindah.

baru pack baju je!! pinggan mangkuk sofa katil segala blmmm!!! panic!!
